Kind Words From Past Members

A Truly Magical & Safe Space

– Pam, Psychologist

Through Dr. Bev's authentic guidance and vast knowledge, Gennah's design and environmental expertise, and the creation of a truly magical and safe space with fellow (amazing) health professionals, this course became a true testament to its name: Haven. I found so much support to help me transition though professional and personal shifts, finding permission and compassion to make changes and create supportive environments in different areas of my work and life, and most of all allowing me to take the space that I need to show up for myself. This course was an absolute gift.

More Steadiness

– Danielle, Caregiver

I didn’t realize how much my environment was contributing to my stress. I was functioning, but constantly on edge. This course gave me realistic ways to create more steadiness in my life.

Finally Living Life

– Leah, Therapist

Before this course, I felt like I was constantly chasing something—more balance, more ease, more alignment—but never quite getting there. Dr. Bev helped me start the process of letting go, and I finally feel like I’m stepping into the life I was meant to live.

New Perspective

– Patricia, Interior Designer

This course gave me a whole new perspective on how design impacts well-being. I loved that it blends psychology with design in such a practical and intuitive way. I'm excited to implement my takeaways to improve the environments of my clients from a psychological standpoint.

I am Learning

– Samantha, MD

I no longer say yes out of guilt or keep things (or relationships) just because I always have. I am learning to set compassionate boundaries and honour my own needs

That’s a WIN

– Jasmine, Physician

I didn’t expect this course to affect my parenting, but it did. I’ve stopped rushing, I listen more, and our home feels softer. My kids don’t need a ‘perfect’ space—they need me, present and calm. I’m not as focused on cleaning up all the time because we’ve cleared a lot of space, as a family. I’m also noticing less time on screens and more time playing games and reading.. that’s a WIN!

Supportive & Inspiring

– Kim, Stylist & Business Owner

The tools Bev shared in this course were so insightful. This course has completely shifted how I think about creating spaces. Supportive, inspiring, and left me excited to design with purpose.

Hey there! I'm Dr. Bev,
 I'm Glad You're Here.

Healing isn’t just a practice—it’s an experience shaped by the spaces we inhabit. As clinicians, we pour ourselves into the wellbeing of others, yet the environments we work in often neglect our own needs. I created this course because I believe space is more than a backdrop; it is an active force in the treatment process. When we design with intention—blending psychology, function, and aesthetics—we create spaces that don’t just support healing, but embody it.

This is a call to transform not only the rooms we work in, but the way in which we care for and heal ourselves as women, practitioners, and clinicians.

Hi, I’m Genaah.
Holistic Interior Designer
& WELL AP

I believe that interior spaces designed with a foundation of health and wellness have immense power to enhance our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. As a designer with experience across multiple sectors of design – healthcare, corporate, retail, residential & hospitality – I have an extensive
understanding of how the built environment affects the way we live and work. Your space should support how you function and how you feel. We’re inviting you to dive in and explore all the ways our interior environments can help us feel happy, healthy and ‘well-thy’.

Why it Matters

Your space shapes your well-being. A cluttered, chaotic space can increase stress and drain energy, while an intentional design boosts focus, relaxation, and health. By transforming your space into a tranquil, nurturing environment, you create a refuge from daily stress, fostering calmness, better mood regulation, and overall wellness. This course gives you science-backed tools to design a space that truly supports your mental and emotional well-being, so you can show up as your best self every day.
