We're challenging what it means to live well. We aim to empower families with knowledge, clarity, and a customized path toward designing wellness at home. We believe that living in balance happens when we cultivate flow, energy and connection. We begin to achieve this reality when we prioritize uncovering our core beliefs and goals, and embed these values into the design process.

We all have different needs to grow and thrive in our living spaces.

Aging in place refers to living independently, safely, and comfortably in one’s home for as long as possible. This is an important necessity for most older adults and their families. (University of Michigan)

Anyone can make an immediate and powerful change to their space. While transforming your home is exciting, it can also bring many challenges. Whether undertaking a small DIY improvement, a renovation, or even building a new home from the ground up, these projects are complex and all-consuming. We all have blind spots and it can be challenging to know and articulate our wants and needs. Our approach is rooted in discovery and is designed to help you move forward with clarity and alignment.

Things really started to spark when you walked through our home and each space with me. I started to make realizations on my own about things that could change. Once I saw how good it felt to take care of one space and reduce clutter, I have felt highly motivated to keep going!

"The Haven experience was empowering"

- Sandra, Guelph

The Haven experience was a supportive, collaborative one that led to optimization of wellness in our home. The experience was empowering and helped us mobilize and feel motivated to tackle other areas of our home that have needed attention as well.

We highly recommend Haven for any space, big or small.

My thorough conversations with Bev allowed me to shed some light on the areas of strength and challenge in our household.. Her questioning allowed me to reflect on what was most important for our family: to reduce the clutter in our home so that we can focus the most on connection.

One thing that has happened as a result of working with Haven is this fire in us to get rid of things and simplify! It's a process. But I know it's worth it!
